01 // Raffle & E-Commerce Platform
PRODUCTION
A raffle platform with 3M+ registered users, moving R$600K+ in orders per month. Built solo on Laravel, with custom OGP, roulette mechanics, Meta/TikTok pixel tracking, multi-gateway payments, and a coupon/voucher engine. I own the architecture end to end.
The real challenge is scale: a database sized for millions of users and orders, with sharp traffic spikes around draws. I re-architected the infrastructure onto Docker + Kubernetes to auto-scale through those spikes instead of running everything on fixed, over-provisioned servers.

- Problem: Multiple Digital Ocean droplets ran production, staging, and the API, manually deployed ahead of each draw and still dropping requests during traffic spikes.
- Decision: Containerized services (Docker) orchestrated on Kubernetes, with Horizontal Pod Autoscaling driven by CPU/queue-depth so capacity follows real traffic instead of a manual intervention.
- Result: Digital Ocean spend went from ~$5,000/mo (production only, over-provisioned) to ~$1,800/mo covering production, staging, and API — while handling higher peak traffic than before.

A custom voter management CRM for a political campaign client, built and deployed in under two days using Laravel Filament. Handles full CRUD over voter records, data exports, and a map view showing voter concentration by region within the state.

A link-in-bio / visitor-card SaaS I designed, built, and run myself, aimed at independent creators and MEI entrepreneurs in Brazil who need something cheap, fast, and data-driven. This is my own product, not a client contract — I own every decision from architecture to pricing.
Ships analytics, custom OGP previews, Google SSO, and Stripe billing on a Next.js/Supabase stack with a custom Docker + GitHub Actions deploy pipeline. Product selling and scheduling integrations are in active development.
